I currently work in Park City as an Open Space Technician. I work Mon-Fri 6-2:30. With the commute I’m gone from 5:20ish to 3ish. I would love to do evening walks or hikes and can do drop ins in the evening as well. Due to my schedule I can sit for pets who either have access to the yard to go to the bathroom or who are ok to be left alone for around 9.5 hours. I would love to build relationships and have regulars as well as be ready for those who need the occasional help.

A typical day
I love playing fetch, tug-a-war, playing in water, and hiking w my doggo friends! One of my favorite dog friendly walks is Tanner Dog Park as well as Dog Lake in Millcreek for more of a workout. I love being outdoors and sharing that with the best adventure buddies. And when the time calls, I also love to cuddle and lounge around!

Hi! I am Aleya and I have been on Rover for about two years now. I have owned and taken care of dogs since I was little. Growing up we had a yellow lab named Truman who gave us a sweet boy TJ. TJ is old and requires a lot of special attention so I am familiar with the needs of older dogs. Along with TJ my family has a shih tzu terrier, and a husky German Shepard mix. These two (females) love meeting friends so I am happy to bring them along if your pet needs someone to run out their energy with! I love pet sitting and have done many jobs including drop ins, overnight and longer stays, and walks. I started pet sitting when I was younger and have continued to do so throughout the years when I have the opportunity. I also looove cats and have one of my own. I am super comfortable around them no matter their temperament. Cats have boundaries and independence that I have so much respect for. A little more about me! I just graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Environmental and Sustainability Studies. I was born and raised in SLC and have always had a strong love for our beautiful state. I have been in Sugarhouse for a few years and am excited to meet some amazing pets and their owners!
