I have personally owned, loved, and cared for my own cats, dogs, and amphibians throughout my life. I currently have four lovely cats and had shared care of my childhood dogs for 11 years until moving out of my parents home. I have extensive experience with different pet personalities, animal behavior, and general pet care in both long and short term settings, professionally through rover as well as for friends and family.

Safety, trust & environment
Drop-in care: I can provide fur brushing, nail trimming, oral care, and other forms of grooming/maintenance (depending on the comfort of both you and them). I can provide structured feeding times or free feeding and work around any specific diets. I have experience with vastly different temperaments, shy animals, and medication administration that I can apply whenever it is needed. Alexys was a fabulous sitter for our two cats! Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness blew us away. She followed our instructions, provided detailed reports each day, and sent adorable photos. She even offered to take out our trash cans unprompted. One of our cats was nervous during her visits, and she was extremely patient and gentle with him. Schedule
While I do work full-time, I am remote and have full control over my schedule. I also do part-time freelance work here on Rover. My availability is very open due to the flexibility of my schedule. This flexibility allows me to work around pet-specific needs for attention, food/water, and medication. I offer specific time slots to provide specialized pet care to you furry loved ones to ensure they are happy, healthy, and safe in my care. I offer drop-ins from 8:30am to 9pm most days! For specific medication or care needs, I can adjust when necessary!
