2 Dog lovers, who love to travel
⸻ I grew up with two Boxer-Pit mixes and a Husky, so I’ve always had a soft spot for big dogs—they’re the best for playtime and couch cuddles! That said, I truly love dogs of all sizes and breeds. My husband Tyler and I have been professionally boarding dogs for the past 2 years, but have been caring for family members’ dogs for years before that. We are located in Garrett, in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home with a nice-sized yard in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for walks. My husband and I share dog care duties—he works from home and is around during the day, and his specialties include evening walks and a good game of fetch!

Alexx and Tyler made us feel safe with our choice. They treated our pup, Bellatrix, as if she was their own. She even seemed hesitant to leave them after the four day weekend she spent there. They were friendly and flexible with times for both drop off and pick up. They reassured us early in our travel while also ensuring we had peace of mind on our vacation. 10 out of 10 we'll book again

Alexx and Tyler did a great job watching Lexi! We got photos and updates on her. She was very well cared for. I felt really comfortable leaving Lexi with them!
Alexx and Tyler were GREAT! They were very flexible with my schedule and Ted seemed to really enjoy himself. They are very nice people and I will definitely use them again.

Schedule
My work schedule is very flexible, and my husband works from home full-time—so your pet will rarely be alone during their stay. We do go to the gym after work most days, so your pup may be alone or kenneled (if that’s what they’re used to) for about an hour during that time.

Safety, trust & environment
My goal is to keep both you and your pet happy, and I promise to make your pup feel right at home. We do ask for a meet and greet before the stay begins, so your dog has a chance to get comfortable with us and our home. While outside, your dog will always be leashed for safety, and I’m happy to send as many photos and updates as you’d like throughout their stay!
A typical day
Playing fetch with the ball in the back yard, walks through the neighborhood to see the fish in the pond. For not as active pets we enjoy lounging on the couch and watching movies and saying hello to our dog friends next door through the fence. We love going on hikes on weekends, and hope your 4 legged family member can join us!
