I always make sure there are clear instructions or specifics provided by the client when watching their pups if necessary! A safe and trustful environment is crucial in this type of work, which is my number one priority. An attentive attitude is also crucial, especially when being in a clients home.

Please let me know if there is any special needs that your dog has. I love asking the client to create a list of instructions and important notes to leave with me during the duration of watching their dog! I cannot stress this enough!
A typical day
Whenever I am dog sitting, I make sure we have a blast together! Every day will be an adventure, starting with morning walks where there will be new smells and sightings to explore! Later on in the afternoon, hitting up a part is a must for a great game of fetch or tug n war! I also love giving the opportunity to for dogs to discover new places, so sometimes I love taking them for a drive. All in all, watching dogs can be tiresome, but it never fails to be filled with fun laughter, and lots of tail wagging!

I was always the one to take care of our families dogs while growing up, so I have a lot of experience! Smaller dogs, bigger dogs, senior dogs…does not matter to me!
