**I’m currently offering lower rates than I normally would in order to get my foot in the door with Rover! :) Thank you so much for supporting a Rover newbie! 💗** Hi! 🤗🐕🩷 I’m Alexus and I have been baby-sitting (pets & humans!) for over 9 years now for family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers who have simply heard good things about me from others! People have kept me as their sitter for years because they know they can count on me to be responsible, attentive, communicative, & honest with them while their babies are in my care! 🐶🐱🐰🐹 I’m down-to-earth, calm, and will always be patient & kind to animals of any kind and will respect your home with utmost care. 🏡💕 When you are missing your babies, don’t hesitate to ask for an extra picture or video of them if you want more! I love taking cute photos of every animal I meet and will spoil them with affection. 🌅💗🐩 I will also strictly adhere to any checklist or request that you have— my mission is to give your baby the stability, love, and care that they expect in their daily routine. Whether it is sitting, boarding, walking, or basic grooming, I will provide the home away from home for them by meticulously following directions for specific exercise regimens, dietary restrictions, training (e.g. taking a puppy out to potty every 30-45 min. & rewarding with praise & treat), medication administration, etc. 🍼🧴🧸🎾💊🦮 I will NEVER, under any circumstance, use punishment or fear-instilling tactics. I am a lifelong dog-lover and a dedicated advocate of humane training & treatment of animals. I am Pet First Aid Certified and dedicated to prioritizing pet safety & comfort in order for them and their parents (you!) to be stress-free. ❤️🐾🌎 I can’t wait to meet-and-greet with you & your fur baby! 🫶🐾

Alexus was wonderful to our two dogs, Yuki & Momo! We got daily picture updates, and even got to see them when they were fast asleep (so cute!). We were missing them so much, but it put my mind at ease Alexus was there caring for them. She played with them, walked them, fed them, and even let them sleep with her- she went above and beyond to make our dogs comfortable in her home. When we'd had to use kennels (in the past) for our dogs, they always came back stressed. But with Alexus, they were just as we left them- totally relaxed. So I'd definitely recommend Alexus, she was a sweet person and wonderful caretaker for both my senior dog and our younger dog. They loved their stay, thanks again Alexus!!
Alexus was absolutely amazing with our big girl!! Not everyone is as comfortable with big dogs, but Alexus is and made our girl feel right at home at her house!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of Ragey girl, we only wish we lived closer so that you could be our permanent pet sitter for her!

My fur babies adored Alexus! She was great at communicating with me, even if it was just for a picture of their cute faces. It's clear how much she genuinely loves them back. I'm very thankful she kept them safe and happy, and would love to book her again next time. It's a great feeling to have someone you know you can trust to keep your pets safe and loved while you're away.

I am a full-time dedicated professional pet care provider for families local to the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. I understand what it’s like to need a last-minute booking, and I will happily take same-day requests! I am currently available 24/7 for all pet care needs.

In my home, your babies will enjoy a squeaky clean, comfortable newly-remodeled living room and guest bedroom, as well as a .5-acre fenced-in backyard (will remain leashed while outside) with enriching landscape in a cozy, quiet tucked-away neighborhood. I allow doggies on the couches, but will gladly redirect any dogs away from furniture through positive reinforcement (NEVER PUNISHMENT) if you would like. In your home, I will meticulously adhere to every standard you request and proactively communicate with you regarding in-home checklists as needed.

Your doggies miss you while you’re away, so I make sure to provide everything I can to keep them distracted and happy! I love walking and will take them out regularly to smell and explore! If they have a favorite park, I will gladly take them and clean up after them! And of course, playtime with toys and trying tricks is a must— you can either provide their favorite toys & treats or I can bring some of my own, the toys hand-washed with pet-safe soap and hot water.
