I have always loved animals. Growing up, I helped my grandmother, a dedicated Chihuahua breeder, care for countless dogs, gaining hands-on experience in everything from puppy care to specialized attention for senior pets. Now, as a registered nurse, I bring a professional level of care, patience, and expertise-especially when it comes to administering medication or handling special needs pets. With a lifelong passion for animals and medical expertise to back it up,. I treat every pet with love and compassion, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I used rover for boarding services for my toy poodle and decided to join the team because I struggled to find a pet sitter who cared as much as I do about animals. I understand how important it is to leave your beloved pets in the hands of someone who will treat them like family, and that's exactly what I strive to do.

This was our first Rover experience, so I didn’t know what to expect, but Alexus was amazing. She sent photos and messages daily, and she made sure my picky-eater was feed and comfortable! I will definitely use Alexus in the future and will be recommending her to my friends!
Alexus was really great with communication and sending pictures. Ca$h was so happy in his pictures which is so wonderful! Will book again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alexus was absolutely amazing with Smokey while we were away on our cruise. Smokey can be very nervous and anxious in new situations, and he initially refused to eat, but Alexus was patient, caring, and determined to help him feel comfortable. She showed him so much love and attention, and before long he was settling in and doing much better. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. They gave me tremendous peace of mind and reassured me that Smokey was safe, happy, and receiving excellent care. It was clear from every update that she genuinely cared about his well-being. Honestly, Smokey had a better experience with Alexus than he has ever had at a traditional boarding facility. In fact, when we came home, his greeting was surprisingly underwhelming because he had been having such a great time! I highly recommend Alexus to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and attentive pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Alexus was phenomenal from our Meet and Greet to drop-off and pick-up! She kept in touch and sent pics and videos daily of our 2 small dogs eating, playing, sleeping, and getting pets & rubs while in her care from Wed-Mon evenings. She genuinely loved our dogs and they had a great time with her teacup poodle in her big back yard! We will definitely be booking with Alexus again!
Alexus is great and very reliable! My baby is always excited to go with her and always happy when I pick her up. Communication is great and I always get picture/video updates! Would definitely recommend

I provide a stable environment where your pet will not be left for extended periods of time. I also have a fenced end yard that provides your pet with a safe area for play time. And a playful toy poodle who would love to keep your pet company.

Your pup’s day with me is all about comfort, care, and fun! We’ll start the morning with some playtime and a potty break to get those tails wagging. Depending on your dog’s energy level, that could mean a nice walk, a game of fetch, or just some sniffing adventures in the yard. During the day, I keep pups engaged with cuddle time, enrichment toys, and lots of positive attention. If your dog enjoys socializing, we’ll have safe interactions and plenty of time for play. For the more laid-back pups, we’ll relax together with belly rubs and cozy nap spots. Evening time usually includes another walk or potty break, followed by winding down with extra snuggles before bedtime. Throughout the day, I’ll send you updates and photos so you can see how much fun your fur baby is having. Whether your dog is a playful pup or a calm companion, I make sure their day is filled with love, attention, and care—just like they’d get at home!
