I always ask about their temperament (are they shy, playful, reactive?), any medical needs or medications, their favorite activities or toys, how they react to other animals and strangers, and any specific routines they’re used to like potty schedules, eating times, or special commands. I also like to know if there are any triggers or fears I should be aware of so I can keep them feeling safe and comfortable. (Allergies )
A typical day
When I’m with pets, I make sure it’s not just about exercise it’s about fun, too. I love taking dogs on engaging walks where they can sniff and explore new environments safely. I bring toys for fetch if they love to play, and I also like to practice basic commands during walks to keep their minds active. For calmer pets, I make time for gentle cuddles, brushing, or relaxing outdoor time. I always adjust activities based on each pet’s energy, age, and personality because every animal deserves a little joy while they’re in my care

Alexis has gone above and beyond with her service. This was our first time leaving our doggy with someone and we were very nervous; however, Alexis made our experience such a pleasant one. We received pictures and a video of Brownie, and we were in communication. We 100% recommend Alexis for helping Brownie feel comfy and safe during the 4th of July fireworks. Also, my doggy threw up a sock she ate at my house, and Alexis reached out right away, sent a picture, and cared for our Brownie until we arrived. Lastly, we forgot our doggies compression vest and Alexis brought it to our house, as I said she goes above and beyond. So grateful for your amazing service Alexis, we wish you nothing but the best of success!! 🐶🥰
