She was absolutely amazing with my two dogs and cat! Both her and her husband played with them all day and she even brought my 8-week old puppy to work with her so she wouldn’t be alone all day. Will definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to others!

DO NOT BOOK! Left out dogs alone when we paid 133$ for a house sitting. She claimed she was working a 36 hour shift and her husband would be staying at the home. All was fine till the husband came for 10 minutes, filled two tupperwares with less than a cup of food then left them alone from 4:30pm to 9:22pm. When the husband arrived at 9:22 he got out of the car and stood on our porch and never even entered the home. This is caught both on camera and by a neighbor. When I texted her she said she didn’t know now if her husband was staying or not and “no worries. I’ll be there at 6:30am”. Keep in mind this is FOURTEEN HOURS of my dogs locked in crates. Since she likes to argue negative reviews all screenshots of messages and camera footage is on FB under Heather Frazier. This woman is not fit to care for animals. I had to call my mother at 10:30pm to go takeover. This is ridiculous for someone who claims to be a vet.

Alexis did a great job with our little dog who doesn’t always do the best with new people in the house.

Alexis and Rex her husband were SO patient with Banjo, who is protective of his home! Thank you and I’ll def be reaching out again for future visits!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Prior to booking, Alexis assured me that she would make sure my 5 month old puppy was check on & let out for a potty break every 4 hours. At 330 Saturday, she texts me to let me know that her husband has checked on the dogs & they are well. My security cameras clearly show otherwise. My security cameras show that Alexis left my home at 5:17AM & did not return until 7:47PM. While I had 3 other visitors during the day, my security cameras never show her or anyone else coming to check on my dogs or let them out for a potty break. She left my dogs crated & unattended to for 14.5 hours & when I pointed out that she had been caught in a lie, her response was that I should be happy my dogs were fed & my home was not destroyed. She also referred to herself as a veterinarian. When I asked her to produce credentials, she blocked me on the app. This woman neglected my dogs & lied multiple times. I question how so many others had a good experience. Maybe they don't have security cameras to catch her in her lies? I would never trust this person with my pets again & don't recommend that you do either.

The most easy to work with person I have ever met. Thank you for being so helpful with Lady! 11/10 would recommend & will definitely rebook this summer if shes availabe 🐾🌟
