If you're looking for a boarding experience where your dog will be treated like family, you've come to the right place :) I've been a dog owner for more than 20 years and have cared for dogs through every stage of life—from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing specialized care. Over the years, I've also served as a foster home for dog rescue organizations, providing temporary housing for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. Dogs have always been an important part of our family's life. As a homeschooling, stay-at-home mom of five children (ages 4–14), our home is filled with activity, companionship, and plenty of people who genuinely love spending time with dogs. We are home throughout the day, allowing us to provide the attention, supervision, and interaction many dogs don't receive in traditional boarding environments. At The Canine Cottage, we offer a premium home-away-from-home boarding experience. Rather than spending most of the day in a kennel, your dog will enjoy being part of our daily family life. They'll have plenty of opportunities for play, affection, enrichment, outdoor time, and relaxation.
