My biggest concern is how they behave towards new people. Are they aggressive or skittish? Do you speak to your pet in a different language? Are you willing to do a meet and greet prior to booking?
A typical day
I love to play with pets and their favorite toy(s) as a way to keep them active! I also thoroughly enjoy sunbathing with them while reading a good book or brushing their fur. Going an adventure walk on a cool day is always lovely!

Pet care experience
Just a stray wandering aimlessly, and taking care of some pets along the way. I recently turned my pet care services into a small business in the Effingham County (GA) area, called Stray and Wander Pet Care LLC. I have Pet Care Insurance and am Cat and Dog First Aid certified. I am available for bookings through Rover after a complementary meet and greet. Although I have primarily cared for adults and senior pets, I would love to work with pets of all species, ages, and sizes! I am never afraid to learn something new or get my hands dirty.

Alexis was amazing first time I met her. I knew she would be great with my dog Maggie. Who is blind and deaf? And I knew she would put the patience in to take care of her for my journey away. She was an amazing pet sitter and house sitter. She did an exceptional job and I would recommend her to any one I am planning to use her in the future as well.

Alexis is wonderful with pets! I’ve never seen a dog or cat that didn’t like her. Rover seems like the perfect job for her that wouldn’t feel like a job.
