Was not able to follow simple instructions. I left them on paper as well as gave him verbal instructions. Things I am unhappy about. 1. He walked my dog during the meet and greet which was fine but he was gone for 2 hours and I was worried and almost late to the airport. He was supposed to walk for 30 minutes and come back at 530 to start overnight services. 2. The job was from 530pm to 530pm. A 24 hour job. He left at 7am. He never changed the times on the app so I wouldn’t be charged for the extra time he actually added another 30 minutes which resulted in an extra fee for me. 3. He walked my dog without a leash even though I told him my dog would bolt off at the sight of a dog or a duck. He sent me pictures of this which made me think we must have a language barrier. Our dog is a border collie pit mix-I told him about how she is not socialized well. I’m still in shock he did this. 4. He let our dog roll around in duck poop. Our dog smelled and her harness when we came back. It was super gross. 5. He filled her entire dog dish with food instead of following directions. I even showed him how much to give plus it’s written down and on the rover app. Again- there must have been a language barrier. 6. He has been texting me daily asking for me to Venmo him $20 for the meet and greet/walk. I finally did just to get him to stop texting me. It’s all done through the app- so all those texts are recorded on rover.
