I am a pet lover who has professional experience in animal welfare. I have taken care of animals my whole life and even have 4 of my own, a dog and three cats. I have experience administering oral medication and am willing to learn others. I am able to work on basic dog training and have experience with anxious animals. I am available for boarding, daycare and drop in visits during the weekends. All boarded dogs need to be cat and dog friendly, as I have pets of my own. We should meet ahead of time to ensure the dogs mesh well, though my dog is very submissive and has never had issues with dogs in the past. I have a fenced in yard and a walkable neighborhood. I have a friendly dog who would love to keep your pup company. I have experience with crate training and am happy to crate your dog.

My Lenix had so much fun with Alexis and Broccoli. Alexis took in our Lenix and helped acclimate her to cats. She gave us tips to introducing our new family friend. Alexis was kind, caring and non-judgmental. I will be calling again, or text with questions lol.
Big thank you to Alexis. She helped us out last minute when we had to go out of town for an emergency. Alexis was flexible and took great care of our babies while we were gone. She gave us peace if mind during a hectic time with sending us updates and pictures to make us smile. 10/10 recommend Alexis.
She took excellent care of my dog and cats while I was away. She sent regular updates and pics of them snuggling, and was really good about making sure the litter boxes were scooped. I would definitely recommend Alexis and plan to reach out to her next time I need a sitter.
Absolutely DO NOT recommend. We left town and she decided she did not want to continue the pet sitting job. She did help us (actually Rover made her) find someone who could do visits, but unfortunately the dogs are used to having someone with them overnight and they barked all night prompting a complaint from neighbor, which is how I found out, and so now we are packing our stuff, cutting our first vacation in 3 years, 2 days short and driving home. Very unprofessional and highly do not recommend.

Schedule
I work full time but have open availability most weekends. During the week I am only available for drop in visits after 5pm. If you are interested in boarding during the week the dog must be crate trained and okay with being alone until I get home from work.

I typically only have one client in the home at a time. I do have 4 pets of my own (3cats and a dog) so your pet should be dog and cat friendly. For daycare that is 8 hours or less the dog does not need to be cat friendly as I have a safe place to put the cats for short stays.

I love providing entertainment for your dog. We have plenty of brain games and several miles of walking trails in my neighborhood. We have several private dog parks that we can take your pup to!
