A walk a day keeps the vet away!
I have cared for many dogs (of all sizes and behaviors) for some time now. This ranges from obedient dogs to having to keep curious dogs on their leash while going to the bathroom in their own backyard. Or special diets and medications that are needed.

Alexis was great at communicating with us all through Rusty's stay with her and shared pictures too! Our dog Rusty, a teenage golden retriever has a tonne of energy & her dog Howkeya was amazing company for him, Howkeya immediately made rusty feel at home, shared toys and engaged in tug! Alexis also took rusty out on a ferry ride & to the park over the weekend! Rusty seemed very happy with his stay and we would love to board our dog with Alexis again.

Schedule
I currently work remotely full time. I am available for scheduled events and excluding the few times a year we travel, I usually can work my schedule around for last minute requests as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I work remotely, so my schedule is pretty flexible for walk and potty breaks. The apartment complex has a fenced in dog run, as well as plenty of room to roam on leash should they be staying here vs their own home. Depending on owner preference and dog, we can crate the dogs while going out for any errands during their stay such as going to the gym or grocery shopping. Unless a shorter time span is requested/necessary, I typically try to never leave the pets alone for more than a few hours on an as needed basis!

A typical day
I will happily love on your pets whether that means playing outside, going on hikes, teaching new tricks, giving baths or cuddling up together! I even helped train service dogs for Disney while living in Orlando.
