Pets Need a Vacation Too!
I am an experienced pet caretaker for dogs, cats, and all cuddly critters. I have always loved animals and could never picture myself not being around them. Growing up I was always surrounded by different breeds of dogs and I have learned to appreciate each of their uniqueness. I am very comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I have watched many of my friends pets while they have been away and enjoyed the experience. I have also worked in a 24 hr Emergency Veterinarian Hospital so I am familiar and comfortable dealing with an emergency if one should arise. I would always treat your dog like it was my own and never give it less than my full attention. Having the chance to take care of other dogs while helping their owners feel comfortable knowing their safe gives me the best gratification possible. I just love dogs!

This was our first time leaving Bug with a sitter since adopting him and we could not be more grateful for Alexis and the care she provided! We received so many updates and pictures, which on a week long trip with little service was so appreciated. We would definitely recommend Alexis to anyone needing boarding for a longer stay!
Had to leave 'Buddy' with Alexis for TWO WHOLE WEEKS. Experience with a local kennel had us scared to death. Did a pre-visit, met Alexis and toured her home...felt a little better. Dropped Buddy off and left for our trip still worried and apprehensive. Alexis sent pictures every few days...started to fell better. More pictures...feeling GREAT! Wondering if he'd even want to leave Alexis when time to come home. More pictures...all of our concerns vanished. Picked him up and he'd clearly experienced a lot of love from Alexis. And his behavior at home since we got back? Odd how our very cool little guy is even more fun now. Alexis is magical and we'll probably book a play-day visit soon so they (Buddy & Alexis) can re-connect. He came back a better dog than the one we left?! Thank you, Alexis!!! :^)
This was our first Rover experience- Alexis and her family took great care of our sometimes timid, almost 2 yr old corgi! Our pup loved the extra attention and we appreciated the pictures and texts during our trip on how she was doing- gave us peace of mind.
Alexis takes great care of my dog, Bennett! I can tell Bennett enjoys staying there and playing with her children. She sends lots of updates and photos as well!

Alexis was great! She kept me up to date with my babies and sent pics of how happy they were. She was also very easy going and acceptable to my situation when I had to change instructions due to new meds. Alexis noticed when my boy, Bear was limping and contacted me right away. I had forgot to mention his sensitive hip area. Both seemed relaxed when I came to pick them up, as if they didn't even want to go home! I will be asking for her help in the future!

Schedule
I’m currently working from home full time so I will have plenty of time to keep your pup company and give them plenty of attention. I offer boarding, and day care during the week, weekend and during holidays as well.

I have a large fenced in yard and a super friendly pup to keep your fur baby company. I can offer a crate if requested or your pup is welcome to make themselves comfortable wherever they would like.
A typical day
Morning walks are always on the schedule for me and my furry friends. When we are not out exploring the neighborhood they can be found having a blast in my backyard. We offer catch as well as some swim time if that’s what your pup enjoys. They are always under supervision so there is no need to worry about anything happening.
