Schedule
I currently wake up every morning around 5 let my dog outside to use the bathroom, go to Pilates then come home make breakfast. I usually then get ready for a run we take a nice mile jog after we hangout for a while. I catch up on cleaning, groceries we play for a bit then after dinner we go for an afternoon stroll.
