Growing up I cared for a lab, Shar Pei, Boxer, Yorkie, and Jack Russell. I have decided to join Rover because in December I dog sat for 2 dogs for a week and when they went home I felt like a little piece of me was missing.

Five stars as always. I went to Nashville for a week which is the longest i’ve been away from my puppy in the year i’ve had him. I will always trust him with Alexis, she does an amazing job even with my quirky boy. She sent me pics and updates the entire time and gave me reassurance that he was doing great!! Will always be my #1 choice in sitter.

Alexis was amazing! We have boarded our pup a couple times at a kennel but this was his first time staying with a sitter. Alexis took the time to understand his needs and adjust accordingly. She kept in contact with us the whole time and sent the cutest pics. Teddy had a blast and we will absolutely use her again!

Alexis and her family are wonderful. They include our pup in their family. It is so reassuring to have someone dependable and loving caring for our dog while we are gone.
Alexis was great! She sent updates and pictures that let me know my dog was doing well. My dog needed medicine and Alexis was able to give Bailey medicine with no issues. Her house was great and Bailey had plenty of outdoors time while there. I would definitely rebook with Alexis.

Schedule
I work 8.5 hours a day M-F. I have full availability on Saturdays and Sundays. M-F you can expect me to be away from my home from about 7:15am until 3:30pm. I am always able to take a quick lunch midday and run home to check on your fur baby.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a nice sized fenced in back yard. The fence is a standard height chain link fence. (PLEASE READ) Dog(s) will be crated inside while I am at work and again at bedtime. If dog(s) are not usually crated/are potty trained they will be able to roam my kitchen/living rooms. I do have a pet cam that I will be watching them from while I am at work. I usually am asleep from 10pm until 5:30am. Your fur baby will be allowed on the couch and encouraged to give snuggles. I do have 3 cats that generally keep to themselves, however my female will slap a dog if they get in her space. No claws, but she definitely gives the business. (MUST READ) I have a 5 year old son. He does not mess with the dogs I board but if your pup is any sort of aggressive towards children I can not take them. This is to keep your pup and my family safe.

A typical day
I have a big fenced in backyard that will provide lots of wonderful new smells for your fur baby to sniff at. I love to take walks and would love to take your dog on a walk around my neighborhood.
