Alexis helped us out on super short notice. Much appreciated.

Always grateful for Alexis taking care of my pets. She just had my cat who recently is on a new medical diet and she was great about it. Will continue to rebook!

Wonderful care again! Was very flexible with a very fluid situation and time away for me and my family. The accommodation to times was very appreciated!

Alexis was great with my pets and also helped me in a last minute pinch, which I really appreciated. She sent pictures consistently and let me know what is going on with them. She communicated anything that was needed and asked questions. Came home to two very happy pets and I couldn’t ask for more than that!

Alexis contacted me for a last minute booking and she was flexible in working out a schedule to care my Princess. She was there like we agreed on and she send messages and pictures for every visit She also contacted us when Princess didn’t want to take her medication. She will definitely be my sitter from now on

We were very disappointed in our experience. The initial meet and greet with our dog Shadow and Alexis was pleasant and we felt comfortable booking a weekend sitting while we were out of state. We did mention that Shadow was an anxious dog so recommended she try to avoid other dogs as much as possible when on walks. We received a call from Alexis during the first few hours as she was concerned by the level of barking Shadow was exhibiting when she first came to let our pup out. We had never received any similar complaints from Rover sitters in the past, so we took this as more of a territorial issue and felt she would warm up eventually. This seemed to be the case when we received several pictures of Shadow chewing her bone and laying comfortably on our couch. However, later that night we received a booking modification increasing the price of the sitting stating that Shadow was more aggressive than was let on during the meet and greet, and the commute was longer than expected even though she had driven to our apartment prior to agreeing to the booking. Upon asking for more detailed explanation of why our dog was being aggressive, we did not receive a response regarding her concerns for the rest of the night or the next morning. We ended up arranging for my mother to pick up the key fob from Alexis and watch our dog for the rest of the weekend. This was a huge inconvenience to manage during our weekend away, and something we haven’t dealt with with other Rover sitters in the past.
