I work full time at a bakery (mostly morning shifts) so I am available for afternoon and evening check-ins and any other care you may require during that timeframe. My schedule varies a bit week to week but I’m happy to chat about it if you have concerns.

My cats have automatic feeders for dry food and I give them wet food myself so I am comfortable with whatever food needs cats may need. I am comfortable providing medication as well - Carmela had surgery a year ago and I was responsible for giving her pain medication for the following weeks. Melvin takes a daily SSRI for separation anxiety so I am familiar with that side of medication as well.

A typical day
I love to make sure that cats get playtime, whether it’s with toys or with me. My cats personally like to go to the park (on leashes) or watch birds in the bird feeder on my balcony. Tailoring the experience to what they enjoy is important to me.

Cat care experience
I’ve had cats my entire life and my oldest in my childhood home is currently 16! She has hyperthyroidism so I am familiar with providing medication to cats. As well as that, I currently have two cats of my own who just turned 1 year old in April - their names are Melvin and Carmela.
