WFH who needs a good walk herself!
You expect to fall in love instantly but I could never have fathomed how intense being a dog-owner was. It is the best feeling in the world to know an amazing creature could love you back. I have been around animals my entire life and been on Rover for over 4+ years. For example, I have stayed over-night for a week to take care of 3 dogs on multiple occasions. I currently have a rescued Miniature Schnauzer. Because she is smaller than I expected, I am hoping to find a buddy to go running or have some play time. I love all furry creatures and will always treat them like my own.

I treat these experiences like I would expect someone to take care of my dog. I am ALWAYS cautious when entering a new home. Then first impressions are always important so I take a few minutes to let them adjust to me. Once we’ve both settled with each other than we can get to our walk or some play time.

Alexis is a perfect sitter! Without her help, we would not be able to enjoy our vacation. She is super caring and reliable. We can see our cat had a great time with her. We really appreciate her daily diary, which tells us how is our cat at home. Also, she sends daily pictures as well. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter for their pets.
Alexis is THE BEST!!!! My cat Lucy is super shy, the definition of “scared cat” she does not come along with many people but with Alexis, she became best friends on the first moment. We went abroad and left our Lucy and very good hands.

Schedule
I’ve been working from home before the pandemic so have mastered time management. I typically schedule meetings for midday so have most of the morning and evenings free to spend time with these furry friends.

- Penelope is a barker and anxious girl. She just wants to be cuddle for hours on end, so when we go for walks she is a little on edge. She will bark but nothing past being a little loud.
