I have been taking care of all sorts of animals since I was about 7, which lets me have about 15 years of experience under my belt:) I have worked with an abundance of pets with different situations; a senior pit bull, puppies, multiple strays at a time and even fostering from shelters. Not only have I worked around dogs, but I also have experience with cats, birds, turtles, rodents and much more! DISCLAIMER: I LIVE ON BASE!! (We can figure out a mutual spot or I can go pick up)

Alexis was amazing with our Hyper Aussie puppy. He can be a handful with all of his energy but Alexis gave him alot of excercise and play time. She took him to the dog park everyday. She also provided us with advice for bedtime as it is something we have struggled with at home. She is very knowledgable and kind. We will definitely be using her again!!
She did amazing at taking care of our dog, Sadie and sent us pictures everyday. She also took her on walks all the time/dog park and played with her a ton!!

Sent plenty of updates and treated our furballs amazing. 10/10 definitely gonna book again.
Overall it was a good experience! I just wish I received more updates. I don’t usually like to bother the sitter and leaving my dog for extended amount of time always gets me anxious so I normally like updates or even just pictures.

Schedule
I am a stay at home wife in a military family so if needed on base, I can be there! I’m free all day every day. I have 3 of my own pets that don’t require a lot of attention and kind of do their own thing. Very flexible:) DISCLAIMER: I LIVE ON BASE!! (We can figure out a mutual spot or I can go pick up)

Safety, trust & environment
A photo or video will be sent every day, whether it’s just an update picture or a funny moment I just happened to capture. Leashes are always held by the tightest grip whether it’s me or my husband who often helps me out. Pets who pull or don’t have the best leash manners are no issue. There will always be someone home with the pets supervising, never anything harmful left out for them and schedules are followed to a T:)

A typical day
I have a little doggy area with a lot of grass and running room right behind my house, if not then I always live close to some dog parks :) I love going to the Encinitas community park which does have a dog park or alongside the beach. Another option is one in Carlsbad where the other owners are very familiar with seeing me! I have a couple spare toys I’ve bought but personal toys are always appreciated to ensure a pet doesn’t get bored:) I have a 6foot tree for the cats that decide to come over, and some treats for everybody if I have permission:)
