Hi! I’m a passionate dog lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience fostering and caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. If it were up to me, every dog looking for a loving home would have a place in mine. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do—it’s something I truly love. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of looking after countless dogs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their families are away. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, and I take the time to earn their trust, learn their routines, and make them feel right at home. I’m experienced with basic training and positive reinforcement using treats, helping dogs build good habits while making learning fun. Whether it’s reinforcing routines, group feeding, administering lots of love and attention, or simply making sure they feel comfortable, I always put each dog’s needs first. I’m very active, so your pup can expect plenty of walks, playtime, trips to the park, backyard fun (including supervised pool time if appropriate), and, of course, lots of cuddles and affection at the end of the day. I treat every pet like they’re my own because I truly believe they’re family. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is safe, loved, and receiving the same care and attention they would at home. Whether you’re away for a weekend, a business trip, or need regular care, I’m here to provide a reliable, loving, and fun environment for your pup. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend!

Alexis took excellent care of River Rose during her two-day stay. From the moment River was dropped off, I felt confident she was in great hands. Alexis sent daily photos, videos, and updates, which meant so much to me as a very overprotective dog mom. River Rose is incredibly special to me, and Alexis made me feel completely at ease the entire time. It was clear that she genuinely cared for River and treated her as if she were her own pet. The love, attention, and care she provided exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend Alexis enough and will absolutely be booking with her again in the future. Alexis took wonderful care of our Montana while we had to be away for 5 nights and our usual situation was unavailable. Her two children love dogs, and so does Alexis. We would certainly use Alexis again in the future.

Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. Since I have years of experience fostering and caring for dogs, my days already revolve around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, exercise, training, and giving each dog the love and attention they deserve. I enjoy staying active, so daily walks and trips to the park are something I genuinely look forward to. I also make time for cuddles, enrichment activities, and keeping pets on their normal routines so they feel safe and comfortable while their family is away. Caring for pets isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I truly enjoy every day of the week.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of affection. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and energy level so they get the care that’s best for them. I also keep pet parents updated with regular photos and messages, so they can relax knowing their furry family member is happy and well cared for while they’re away.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to plan activities based on their personality, age, and energy level. We can enjoy long walks, trips to the park, fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, treat-based training, and plenty of playtime in the backyard. For dogs who love water, supervised pool time is always a fun option. If your pet prefers a slower pace, I’m just as happy to spend time cuddling, giving belly rubs, or relaxing together. My goal is to keep every pet happy, active, mentally stimulated, and feeling loved while they’re in my care.
