Knowing how your dog is with other dogs and people is important. I am not against taking care of dogs who aren't super fond of other dogs or people. I just need to know ahead of time.
A typical day
Walks that fit the dog are key! Some pets like quiet long walks by themselves. Others love the social hike! I try to match the desire to the dog with the help of their owner's wants and desires.

Pet care experience
I have lived my entire life with dogs, cats, and other small animals! I've helped care and raise puppies, and loved older dogs/cats/fish/birds till the end of their time. I've loved and cared for over a decade of my life different breeds and animals of all shapes and sizes. I have no judgement on any breed loving them all the same. I worked with young children and in customer service, so I know the pet parent is just as important as their pet. Currently I am in finance and work best for those needing evening/weekend/holiday care. If you allow me to care for your pets you will know they are in safe and loving hands, and your concerns or desires are just as important to me as if I were their owner.

Our kitties have some new health needs as they're getting older, but as always Alexis was understanding & accommodating and sent us detailed updates to put our minds at ease while we were away :)
What a life saver. Alexis helped me out very last minute with my doggo. She took great care of him and sent me so many pictures. I wasn’t worried about him at all and will definitely ask for her help again next time I need a sitter.
Alexis has been incredible with my cats both times I’ve worked with her. She provided thorough updates, and I know my cats (and home!) are being well taken care of when she’s with them. So grateful for her care.
Alexis continues to go above and beyond! It feels like she can read my mind. From taking amazing care of our cat, watering plants, helping with packages, noticing little things around the house that can be taken care of, and being the greatest photographer of all time !! I never worry when Alexis is taking care of my cat and my home 💛
