Work From Home w/ Experience
I have extensive hands on pet care experience, including regularly dog sitting elderly dogs and managing their walks, massages, and special diets. I also have experience administering liquid oral medication (via syringe) as well as pill medication (via pill pockets). I do live up 1 flight of stairs so dogs with mobility issues must be comfortable with being picked up. I’ve also fostered a reactive, high energy beagle (look at her muscles from her exercise routine!), so I’m comfortable with more challenging personalities. I work from home full time, and I’m just a short walk from Prospect Park, which makes it easy to give dogs plenty of long walks and outdoor time!

Alexis took amazing care of our 1-year-old dog. She was communicative from beginning to end, even creating a shared album with photos throughout the day. She took Maggie on long walks and was patient and attentive when she was a little nervous at first. Maggie didn’t want to leave, she can’t wait to visit Alexis again! 🐶✨

Schedule
I’m fully work from home and I have a very flexible work schedule. Going on frequent walks is no problem and I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood.

Safety, trust & environment
No pets and only adults in the home (just my brother and me). I’m the only one here during the 9–5 workday, so your dog gets my full attention and supervision. I keep the environment calm, safe, and consistent, and I’ll share regular photo updates in a Google photos shared album so you get LIVE updates throughout the day with my comments! Comments can include how their potty break went, how their naps are going, what they’re sniffing outdoors, if they’ve met any new dog friends, how their medicine schedule went etc!
A typical day
The neighborhood has plenty of great parks and a strong dog-walking community, so your pup will get lots of fresh air and stimulation. I also make simple enrichment puzzles out of cardboard to keep them mentally engaged and entertained.

- I would prefer to have a sheet with your dog’s daily schedules, any allergies, likes/dislikes, tendencies so that I can better care for them while you’re away! The area I live in has a lot of dogs and small children so if your dog is reactive please let me know before hand.
