I am currently working full time as a teacher from 9-3:30 Monday - Friday. So I am available in the early morning or early and later evening. I am also available on the weekends and holidays. For dog boarding, I can take dogs for longer stays, they would sometimes just have longer days at home without a human. 8 hours max.

A typical day
I love to see dogs flourish whether it is teaching them a new trick or going on a long walk. Depending on your dogs needs they would get to play with our friendly dog, go for walks in the neighborhood, play at the park, and/or go for long adventures etc.

Hi there, My name is Alexis, and I am an Elementary School Teacher, looking for a side gig to make some extra money working with animals! For my entire life, I have had personal experience caring for and walking dogs as I have always had at least one or two of my own at home. I have had 10 years of experience dog walking, and pet sitting here and there for friends, family and neighbours. I currently have a border collie x Labrador retriever mix, and I have had many others dogs including smaller dogs in the past. I love dogs of any breed and size and am able to work with more than one at a time for those with more than one dog in the family. I have had experience training my own dogs throughout my life for puppy age, as well as have worked with senior dogs as well.
