Animal Loving Vet Professional
Hello! I am a local veterinary professional experienced with a wide variety of animals including companion animals, exotics, livestock, and wildlife. I started in veterinary medicine as an intern, while earning my Bachelors in Biology, and worked my way up to a unlicensed technician through lots of hands on training and experience. I have been a veterinary professional since 2018 and have had the pleasure of working with many different species during that time. I have also been doing pet sitting professionally for 3 years now. Find me on facebook at A. Lee Pet Services! I have two large dogs of my own: Remington and my newest addition, Gunner, as well as a husky "nephew" named Milo. Remington is a total love bug and we do tracking for local hunters while we are working our way up to missing persons! Gunner is the newest to the little pack, he is still learning what he likes and dislikes so we are trying to decide what his future "job" will be. Through wildlife rehab I had acquired a non-realeaseable eastern grey squirrel named Jill and a cotton-tail rabbit named Lucky, both have unfortunately passed due to their ailments that made them unfit to return to the wild. Exotics and wildlife do still old a special place in my heart and I am familiar with their needs as well as behaviors. In addition to drop-in and walking services I offer at-home (mobile) nail trims upon request and would be more than happy to assist in medication administration as well as administration of monthly preventatives. As a vet professional, I have the knowledge to recognize medical emergencies quickly and assist owners on knowing when/if their pet should be seen. I am also familiar with special diets as well as working with animals who require a little extra love and care. My goal is to provide an amazing experience for you and your pets so you may have peace of mind knowing that your fur-children are well taken care of while you are away.

Ratings and reviews
Very grateful to Alexis for her care of our senior German Shepherd

This was our first time using Rover. We were delighted with Alexis L. And the professionalism and care which she demonstrated from our first contact and throughout. Wonderful to see her able to engage with our skittish but affection hungry kitty. The twice daily updates with photos and videos were most welcome. When you know your pet's care is in such capable hands you can relax and enjoy your time away.
Alexis is amazing and I highly recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs! I will definitely use her services again within all of our fur babies next time!
Alexis was great the dogs really enjoyed their walks

Alexis did a great job taking care of my dog Abbey and my 4 piggies! They all say thank you especially Willow!

I usually board my dogs when I go away but they hate it. I contacted Alexis instead of boarding and I am so happy I did!! She is amazing with my dogs and cat. She is very attentive with them and based on all the pictures and videos she sends they were definitely so happy. She sent us updates after each visit and it really gave me peace of mind knowing they were so well cared for. She is the best!!! Thank you Alexis!!!

Schedule
I currently work full time at a local veterinary clinic. My work schedule is 8am - 5pm on weekdays and 8am - 2pm every other Saturday. On weekdays I have a 1 hr lunch break that can usually accommodate a mid-day drop in visit depending on the distance from my workplace. This schedule may occasionally require some flexibility with clients if I have to stay late a work due to an emergency, etc. but I will do my very best to communicate with clients when/if that does occur. I cannot accommodate any weekly repeating walks or drop-in visits due to the rigidity of my full time work schedule.
