I can’t say enough good things about Alexis! As the owner of a diabetic cat, it’s always scary leaving him in someone else’s care but knowing Alexis is a vet tech gave me peace of mind. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. From giving him his insulin to keeping Mr. Biscuits on his routine, she handled everything with skill and genuine care. She sent regular updates and pictures, which made me feel better knowing that Mr. Biscuits was not just well cared for but he was relaxed, happy, and in great hands. It’s hard to find someone who truly understands both the medical and emotional needs of a pet, but Alexis does. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with pets who need a little extra medical attention.
