I have twelve dogs of my own, all considered medium breeds, and they are all UTD on vaccines and have monthly baths, they are all allowed to roam the house (at times). I have been in vet medicine for four years now, and have gained tons of knowledge while working alongside amazing doctors. I care for the hospitalized pets, aggressive pets, loving pets, boarding pets, all kinds! My favorite part of my job is to help inform owners of their fur babies needs, to help be able to give them some of my knowledge to help them in their everyday lives. On the side, I also like to bathe fur babies big and small. I tend to work crazy hours (overnight) at the clinic but I would be able to come before and after any given shifts to tend to your fur babies. Some days I may be late to tend to their needs, but it will be taken care of. I’m currently working full-time but will assure you that I will make the time that your furbabies need to be properly taken care of. I will let you know my schedule and if your pet is able to work around those hours. I give my full attention to your fur baby, he and/or she will be taken care of while in my care. I am properly trained to take care of all needs they may have.

Shadow can be a bit difficult sometimes & I've had quite a few sitters but none of them can compare to Alexis. By far the best sitter I have!
We couldn’t have been more pleased with Alexis as our dog sitter while we were away on our trip. She was incredibly attentive to our dog’s needs and went above and beyond to make sure Molly was well cared for. Alexis made us feel like she cared just as much about our dog as we do, showing a genuine love for animals that goes beyond just doing it for the money. We truly appreciate her dedication and compassion. Without a doubt, Alexis will be the first person we call the next time we need a sitter. I really like Alexis! I am hoping to always keep Bo in "his element" by finding a sitter at our house, but will keep Aunt Alexis in mind when I cant ;)
Alexis is awesome she went above and beyond for my mother’s cat bear :) She is friendly and I can definitely tell she’s an animal lover. I highly recommend her for drop in visits for your dog or cat :)

Schedule
I am currently working full-time and overnight at a local vet. I can not leave during my shift, but I can assure you that I can visit before and immediately after I leave.

Safety, trust & environment
I do have a fenced in backyard, and my home is pretty doggy proof as I do have twelve myself. If your dog needs separation from the others, they can stay in my bedroom or in another spare bedroom at least when I do “rounds”.
Pets
A typical day
I enjoy walking at Chocolocco Park or the trails at Cheaha, but I am very open to walk in different areas. I love playing catch and just letting a dog run around to get some of their energy out, that is with the owner's permission.
