I work a full time job but am available for mid-day (depending on the home’s distance from my office)/evening walks, overnight sitting, and daily sitting. I work a hybrid schedule so I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

A typical day
My goal is to keep your pet happy, engaged, and tranquil under my walk. For energetic pups, I enjoy going on walks, playing fetch, or offering a stimulating activity (i.e lick mat). If a dog prefers calmer activities, I’ll gear activities toward gentle walks, cuddles, or interactive toys. I also enjoy practicing basic commands as a fun way to mix in training with play. Of course, I always adapt activities to each pet’s needs, age, and personality — whether that’s running around in the yard, puzzle toys, or simply coach-potatoing.

I’ve cared for several breeds of cats and dogs with various health issues and ages. My work spans from senior animal care to caring for newborn puppies and their nursing mom. I have been trusted to care for pets and children of neighbors, family, and friends for over 10 years. I cannot wait to continue my pet sitting career with your furry friend.

Alexis is an absolutely fantastic pet sitter! She’s taken care of my dogs — sometimes up to 3 at a time — and always does an amazing job. She’s kind, dependable, and clearly loves animals. She even stayed overnight on multiple occasions and took great care of my home. When one of the dogs unexpectedly got loose, she handled the situation calmly and used her critical thinking skills to get everything under control quickly. It’s such a comfort knowing I can count on her no matter what. Highly recommend!
