I’m Alexis and dogs are a huge passion of mine! I’ve been looking after pups since I was eight. I love when I can just cuddle up with a pup and watch movies or do my work. My work schedule is 9-4 M-F with weekends flexible enough that I can flex my life around your dog’s routine. If your dog likes to spend a lot of time outside, I go for walks a lot (except in the winter if it’s icy/ snowing or extreme cold), so your dog will get plenty of exercise. But if your dog wants to stay in and cuddle, I'm just as fine with that. I value professionalism. That’s why I insist upon a meet-and-greet, so you and I can work together to ensure your dog has the best stay possible. I’m really detail-oriented, but it will pay off in the end when your dog returns to you healthy and happy. I adore dogs of every size and breed. I’m also a huge cat lover. I’m not really a cat person or a dog person—how can you choose? They’re both great! I would happily look after cats as well as dogs. I love Rover because it allows us to care for pups while earning on the side for “the just for fun’s”! Who could say no to such a perfect combination? I am really looking forward to meeting you and your dog. We’ll have a great time! I am currently working full-time. I am able to provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours maximum and will be staying in your home overnight to keep your pet more comfortable! I cannot accommodate pets who are used to going out every 2-4 hours due to my own schedule - I know from my own experience that those with short schedules will not be a good fit and if I do see from your pets profile they will need to go out more frequently I will have to unfortunately decline but will message you as to why I chose to do so. While caring for your pets in your home I like to have an idea of the typical schedule they have and try my best to follow it as best as I can with my own schedule.
