I love going for walks and exploring nature! I always bring my dog along with me for some physical activity, but I also love playing at home and using toys and treats to stimulate them mentally in a more grounding and calm way.

I’ve had puppies, sassy dogs, senior dogs, and chill ones. I love reading how they’re feeling and then going at their pace based off of that!
