Alexis did a wonderful job taking care of Poppy. She sent several updates and pictures while Poppy was staying there.

Schedule
I stay at home while my fiancé works full-time, which allows me to provide attentive, 24/7 care for your pets. Because I’m home throughout the day and night, I’m able to handle all of your pet’s needs right away—whether that’s walks, feedings, playtime, medication, or just companionship. Your pets will never be left alone for long periods and will receive constant supervision, comfort, and care in a calm, loving environment. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for at all times.

I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort in every setting. In my home, pets are supervised, kept in a clean and calm environment, and never left unattended for long periods. I follow all feeding instructions, leash pets securely for walks, and make sure doors and gates are always secured. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow their pet’s usual routine to reduce stress. I double-check locks, keep food and hazards out of reach, and provide regular updates so owners always feel confident and informed. My goal is to create a safe, trusted, and familiar environment wherever your pet is staying.

A typical day
A typical day with me is filled with attention, routine, and fun. Mornings start with feedings, fresh water, and potty breaks or litter box checks, followed by walks for dogs and gentle playtime or affection for cats. Throughout the day, I provide play sessions, enrichment activities, and plenty of one-on-one time, whether that’s outdoor exercise, interactive toys, or relaxed companionship. I make sure pets get rest when they need it and keep their schedule as close to home as possible. Evenings include dinner, calm play, final walks or check-ins, and lots of cuddles. Every pet gets personalized care based on their energy level and personality, so they feel happy, comfortable, and loved all day.

- Before caring for your pet, I like to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs or medications. It’s helpful to understand their personality, energy level, and any behaviors such as anxiety, reactivity, or special triggers. I also appreciate knowing about leash manners, training cues, favorite toys, comfort items, and how they interact with other animals or people. For cats, I like to know litter preferences and how they show affection. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide safe, personalized, and stress-free care.
