Giving pets a home away from home
I have spent my entire life around animals so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up in a household with over 40 animals, including dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I have spent years working in a small locally owned pet store in my home town taking care of exotics, before moving into kennel work at a vet’s office. I have experience in giving medications to dogs and cats in different methods, and monitoring their health afterwards. My primary role was offering our boarding pets the comfort of a home away from home.

Some people just have that natural rapport with animals and Alexis is definitely one of them! My recently adopted husky has been struggling with separation anxiety and Alexis made her feel right at home. By the time I picked Bella up, she had gone on THREE walks and I had so many photos to enjoy! I simply cannot recommend Alexis’s conscientious care enough, and the next time Bella needs daytime care I will be coming back with no hesitation. Thank you! It couldn’t have been better!
I am writing this on behalf of Alexis. Alexis has taken care of my dogs numerous times. Alexis is great with animals, she is knowledgeable, very attentive, friendly, likes to get down and play with them. Alexis has stayed with my 2 dogs, at my home, and I have never had any issues. My dogs absolutely love her. I have a Chiuwawa and an Old English bulldog. Alexis is also able to help with nail cutting.
I have personally seen and experienced Alexis/Devin’s care and compassion for animal care across a range of species. They are amazing with large dogs and small pocket pets, and are great at reading body language and judging a pet’s individual needs. Alexis/Devin is an amazing choice for pet care for dogs, cats, reptiles, and more.

Schedule
I’m a reptile dad every day, taking care of my own snake and bearded dragon babies. I’m currently home every day with time and love to give to other pets and their people who need an extra hand.

I have a big room with a comfy bed that they can lay on in a nice couch that we can sit and watch shows on. I also have a fenced in yard outback that I can take them in to play, but I have a spacious cemetery up and across the street that is great for leash walks as well. I also have various toys and litter boxes as well.
