I was born into the dog world.
I like to say I was born into the dog world. My grandma bred boxers and showed them in AKC and UKC levels. I went with her from the time I could walk, when I was 7 I began to show myself. I showed American eskies, and loved every second of it. I unfortunately moved and had to stop. When I was 19 I found my first job in a dog daycare and kennel and worked in that business for a year when I got pregnant and left. I’m now raising my son and wanting to continue my true passion of caring for animals. A little about my little family, it’s myself, husband, 14 month old son, and our 2 overly friendly miniature dachshunds. They are both fixed, up to date on shots, and house trained but we can put them in diapers if requested. I always want my son with me so he is the first thing I ask about and would request to bring him along. I do also request my husband be allowed to come with as (not a deal breaker). If your home is more than 10 miles from my home I will also request bringing my 1 dog if she is a good fit (also not a deal breaker) I absolutely love any and all animals and will always go above and beyond for them. My husband has been helping out with our rover account since we opened it and he’s also well loved. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask. When caring for someone else’s pet(s) I try to treat them like my own who are spoiled beyond belief. I also try to stay as close to their normal routine as possible just so they don’t feel disrupted or to anxious about someone new.

Alexis was amazing with our two large dogs! She checked in with us every day, sent pictures, and kept us completely at ease while we were away. It was clear the dogs were happy, well-cared for, and getting plenty of love and attention. We came home to a clean house and two very content pups. We’ll absolutely book Alexis again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful sitter!

Schedule
This is my full time commitment so I will be able to stay with your pup full time without leaving unless for short periods of time for necessities such as appointments, grocery shopping, etc…

Potty trained Crate trained Dog/kid reactive Prey driven I’m sure I’m missing some things and I’ll ask them when I see you and your pet but these are just some basic things I like to know.
