Love dogs, cats, and reptiles!
I have had animals my entire life. When I was young, I would walk, watch and clean up after my neighbors' and families' dogs and cats. I had 3 dogs growing up and have experience giving oral and ear medication to dogs. When I moved out, I immediately got 2 cats and have had them for 7 years. I have experience giving liquid oral medication to cats. After college, I have had experience watching my friends' and families' dogs and cats when they go on vacation for up to 3 weeks at a time. I also have experience with reptiles and am willing to drop in to feed them. I had a bearded dragon and currently have a crested gecko. I do not mind feeding snakes.

Alexis is fantastic! She checked in on my kitties and always pays attention to details. She even vacuumed their playroom for me. Love how clean and happy our house feels when we come home.
I had a family emergency and had to book a cat sitter with very short notice. Alexis was super understanding and communicated with me to figure out a plan together.
On schedule and very thorough during her check ins. My kitties were very happy, well fed and clean when we got back home from our vacation away. Will definitely re-book!
When our other sitter fell through while on Christmas break, we reached out to Alexis and she immediately stepped in. We were so stressed out trying to secure a replacement and Alexis took care of everything. We are SO thankful for her. Alexis is always great at updating and sending us pictures and Lucy is very comfortable with her.
Alexis is our go to sitter. Her and our dog Lucy have grown very fond of each other. I always feel at ease when she’s taking care of Lucy. Alexis always provides detailed notes of her visit and lots of photos. Highly recommend.
Alexis took great care of our cat while we were away! The daily updates were thorough and the pictures super helpful. I felt great trusting Alexis with our cat!

Schedule
I work at the schools as a substitute teacher during the weekdays, so I am available usually after 3pm for drop ins and walks. I can house sit or board over the weekend, no problem and if given enough notice, I can have weekdays available for this as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a yard. I have a crate that can fit dogs up to 35 lbs. Dogs will get a minimum of three 30-minute walks a day during boarding. I will follow any and all rules regarding your pet and your home.
Pets
A typical day
It is my goal to tire out your dogs and get them the exercise they need. We will explore my neighborhood streets, go to local parks and go on long hikes. I am new to the area so I am exploring lots of close trails. I can play fetch for a while and love to play tag with dogs.
