I’ve always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs. I currently share my life with my golden retriever, Sunny, who’s full of energy and loves playing at the dog park and swimming in the river. Caring for him has given me hands on experience with an active, social dog who thrives on routine, playtime, and plenty of attention. Over the years, I’ve helped care for friends’ and family members’ pets, offering walks, drop in visits, and overnight stays. I understand how important it is to keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable. You can trust that your dog will be cared for like one of my own!

This was my first time using this service and my selection of Alexis was the best thing I did for myself and my dog. We met before hand with her beautiful dog Sonny, that has an amazing disposition and it was a great connection. Alexis and her family have a nice home that is very accommodating and comfortable for a dog if any size. I received photos and video updates. I felt relieved that my dog was in great hands and will not hesitant to have my dog spend time with Alexis and her family.
Alexis, Sunny, and their whole family treated our boy Winston like he was their own. Frequent walks, lots of time playing out in their backyard, and no shortage of cuddles. Winston came home happy and tired from all the playing. I highly recommend Alexis and her fam!
Lexie is a kind caring woman. You couldn’t possibly find anyone better to care for your pet. she’s is a dog owner of sweet sunny the golden. Her compassion for people and their pets is evident on how she lives her life. She’s the best!!

Schedule
Im currently working Monday-Friday 7-1pm so Im available for pet care from 3pm-9pm during the week and 7am-7pm Saturdays and Sundays. If you need care outside of those hours send me a message and I may be able to accommodate you :)

I don’t crate my dog however I know they work great for most dogs. I have a large fenced in backyard and will always make sure your pet is safe and happy!

A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks or runs along the Brock trail, down by the water and to all the different parks around town. I’ll play with them and help with any training if that’s something you want help with
