As a stay-at-home mom, caring for others is a big part of my daily life, and that includes animals. I grew up with dogs and cats, so I’m very comfortable with their different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. Over the years I’ve also cared for guinea pigs and bunnies, which gave me experience handling small animals and making sure they feel safe and well cared for. I don’t currently have dogs of my own, but I have plenty of experience being around them and caring for them. At home, I currently care for my own small flock of 7 chickens and 1 duck, so feeding animals, cleaning living spaces, and checking on their wellbeing is already part of my everyday routine. Being home during the day allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and care while their owners are away. I’m patient, responsible, and truly enjoy spending time with animals—whether that means playtime, walks, or simply keeping them company so they feel comfortable and safe.
