Alexis is such a kind caring and compassionate person! She genuinely loves animals, from caring for her own dogs to working professionally with the animals as a zookeeper. She is responsible, attentive and someone i completely trust. I would absolutely feel comfortable leaving my 2 cats under her care. I know they would be loved and looked after!

I've known Alexis for years, and there is no one I trust more to care for my Shih Tzu, Bubbles. Every time I have to travel, whether it's for a long weekend or several weeks while I'm overseas, Alexis is the first person I call. Knowing Bubbles is with her lets me enjoy my trips without worrying about him. Bubbles absolutely adores Alexis. The moment we pull up to her house, his tail starts wagging because he knows he's about to have a great time. He loves playing with her dogs, getting a lot of attention, and being treated like part of the family. It's clear that Alexis genuinely loves animals, and they love her back. Alexis Barrios has dogsit for me on several occasions. She has taken care of my 3 small dogs while I have gone on vacation. Alexis is a reliable and patient person that has handled my pets with total calm and competence. Not only is she incredibly loving with animals, she is a person I know I can fully trust my pets with. You can expect professionalism and kindness since she has a degree in Animal Science and works as a Zookeeper at the El Paso Zoo, and also volunteers on her free time at the Animal Shelter.
