The client and the pet’s comfort is so important to maintain, and I always want to be sure the client can have a peace of mind knowing their pet is in good hands, so I ask all sorts of questions before the caretaking even starts. I will always set up a meet and greet with the client beforehand so that you can be sure I’m the right person for the job! Before taking care of your pets, I like to know of any allergies, special diets, medications, vet information, emergency contact, and what typical expectations you have for the caretaking service. It’s important for me to know what you expect our day to look like, and what things you are and aren’t comfortable with. Treats, feeding times and quantities, your pet’s typical behavior in different situations - those are all important things I’d like to know so I can be prepared for anything and everything.

Alexis is wonderful! We have two dogs, two chickens, and a tortoise, and Alexis took extra time to make sure all of them were happy each day that we were gone.
