I am currently in college attending IUP. I graduate in December. During my semesters, my classes are all online so I am very available when it comes to my schedule! I also work part-time but the schedule is flexible as well so I can accommodate for any needs you have! With my work and school schedule being very flexible I am able to stop in for frequent potty breaks and check-ins! This allows me to also be very open for walks and stays!

I love to give the dog physical and mental stimulation! Whether that be taking it for a walk around the neighborhood, a hike, or playing with toys in the house and in the backyard! If allowed by owner I also like to provide the pups with some treats such as ice cream trips, or getting the dog a pup cup!

I have a senior dog of my own who requires a lot of TLC! With him being 16 I am well versed in administering medicine to animals, giving them all the attention they need, and getting in some active time! I have also house sat and taken care of numerous dogs for a multiple day period! I have been dog sitting as a hobby since I was in high school! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, needs, and energy levels! I joined rover because I have an immense love for fur babies and getting to interact with all of them and take care of them fills me with joy!

I’ve known Alexis for many years, and she has always been passionate about taking care of animals, as well as being a really great friend! I’ve witnessed her be caring and generous with animals of her own, and have trusted her many times with the responsibility of dog sitting for my family. Alexis is a wonderful dog mom to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Jackson. Alexis has been a dog mom to Jackson since he was 6 weeks old and is therefore comfortable with all stages and ages of pet care. She is attentive to Jackson’s needs, compassionate, knowledgeable regarding his ailments and age-specific requirements/needs. She is skilled in administering medications, and communicates well regarding his care and needs. Alexis loves to take Jackson for ice cream, on walks, teach him tricks, or just nap together. I would trust any pet to her care, and feel confident that your pet was receiving the utmost attention, love, and respect.
Alexis is fantastic with animals. She has taken care of my pets many times when I am out of town. She treats them with compassion and care and is very diligent about taking care of animals. She always makes sure that they are cared for and happy by bringing them new toys and giving them treats and taking them to do loads of activities. I would highly recommend Alexis to watch any furry friend you have!
