Alexis B. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I cannot recommend Alexis. She failed to follow the agreed-upon schedule, arriving hours late to every single visit. My drop in visits were supposed to be one hour at 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM but logged for 30 minutes each time. I was responsive to questions, but instead of doing the right thing and asking me how to handle pet waste, she used paper towels to clean up, then left them unbagged in the trash. My apartment smelled so bad I gagged when I returned and it's unfair that my pets were left to live in that condition. I had to cut my trip short and fly home alone from out of the country after she abruptly canceled the booking following her negligent care, which caused significant stress to my cat and he became reactive. This experience was unacceptable on every level. I would not trust her with any pet again.
