I started petsitting before the app had set times. I do not follow the design. Micromanaging through cameras is a deal breaker for me. Give me a realistic schedule. Morning, midday, dinner, late evening

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is important. Training is the best thing you can do for your dogs. Expose them to being without you and being cared for by other people is a skill. Crate & leash training are skills I hope they have before I arrive. I need to know their behaviors. Do they swallow napkins, balls, dig under fences, pounce out the fence boards, etc...
Information Alexia M. would like to know about your pet
*Does your pet have allergies? Mine did, and my cat can only eat SO. I take food restrictions very seriously. Having a dog with kidney failure, daily subQ fluids & diet is important. *What are the signs your pet uses when going potty? * Are they up to date on vaccines, can I take them places? * How strict are your rules for the animals being crated? (my dogs are not crated) however, some households have certain boundaries I'd like respect.
A typical day
I've taken my dog and client's dog to get my oil & tires changed. Petco and PetSmart for special occasions like photos, Sample Saturdays, concert at the park, pack walks, sunset walks because I really enjoy their company and I have clients that work 12 hr shifts and I come and go throughout the day and agree to bring my dog along for sleepovers since their dogs were having a great time. My biggest joy in life are my dogs and my clients feel the same way about their dogs, so it can be real fun sharing silly stories during the stays

Lexie loves your Furbabies too!!
Pet care experience
Hello, My name is Lexie, If my calendar is unavailable for housesitting, please reach out through a drop-in of needed. I book daycare in client homes where I come and go through the day. Usually for medical professionals who work 12 hour shifts. We can figure out your needs and accommodate your dog if I can rebook it on my end of this app After the passing of my 3 dogs, I adopted a heeler, Nina from euthanasia at CCSPCA. She had kennel cough, & unbeknownst to everyone, was also pregnant. I kept Nina and 3 of her daughters. After two passed away, I adopted Pieces from Pinky Paws rescue and Nooshy from a foster who was over capacity and taking her to the shelter. If you can tell, I have patience and I know that love you have for your babies goes beyond what a Kennel can provide. I enjoy playdates & taking the pups to dog parks, concerts at Woodward park, walking around & listen to music, PetSmart barkarita fiesta, Petco, & Grizzlies events to pass the time. To help avoid further separation anxiety, I will come to your house, walk your dogs, clean the litter box, feed your pets, and give medication according to instructions. My family has pet sit for local families for over 20 years. Your pets are precious Let's Talk!!
Reviews
She was very good about updating me on the condition of my GSD as he was having digestive issues before I left. She was very caring. Would recommend.

Thank you so much!

She is an amazing dog sitter!! Our dogs were so relaxed by the time we got home. The whole week she kept us updated with pictures and texts. I cannot recommend her enough!!
Booked her last minute when my regular sitter had a family ermergency, and she and her mom were wonderful! Highly recommend. I have a large GSD who was attacked at 9 mo old by another dog and has had fear issues we have worked on. He has never been agressive with people, but he does bark at strangers and I still feel he needs to greet and meet before I trust him to be around people he does not know. He accepterd Alexia and her mom in the short greet and meet we did. So did my smaller dog who loves to lick and jump on people out of excitement! They were very open to the complicated feeding menu I have for them as I make my own dog food and feed a variety of fresh food stuffs. They also took care of my goats and chickens! Highly recommend.
