Pet care fits into my weekly routine really naturally, as I have availability most mornings for walks and check-ins. My schedule is quite flexible, so I’m able to adjust as needed. I can also provide boarding for smaller dogs in a calm, safe environment, especially since I’m home often and enjoy having animals around.

I live in a spacious, pet-friendly apartment in Kalorama that would be comfortable for a small or medium-sized dog. I’m just a few minutes away from a dog park, which makes it easy to give them outdoor time and exercise. I take dogs on walks around the neighborhood and to nearby parks, with potty breaks as often as they need. I’m attentive to any specific care instructions and try to closely replicate their home routines. I also encourage frequent communication with owners to ensure a stress-free, safe, and reassuring stay.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behavioral tendencies that would enable me to take care of them as best as possible! Also, I would love to know what games they enjoy, if they are active or high-energy, and their typical potty/eating schedules.
A typical day
I would love to provide toys and play games with the dogs, take them on shorter walks around the neighborhood or longer walks to parks (depending on how active they are), and give them plenty of cuddles if they love receiving affection.

Pet care experience
I grew up with a dog my entire life, so taking care of pets is a huge passion of mine! I love volunteering at animal shelters, dog sitting/walking on rover or for friends and family members, and I have also volunteered at an animal rehabilitation center in Costa Rica to help return sick, orphaned, and injured animals to their natural habitats.
