Big Dog Friendly Walker 🐾
I’ve loved dogs since I was little and have been around them my entire life. I grew up with a Rottweiler, a Lab, and two Goldendoodles, so I’m pretty comfortable with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I worked at a veterinary office for a little over a year, have helped friends with training, and am constantly dog sitting for people in my life because I genuinely love being around dogs! I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, so my goal is always to make sure your pup feels safe, happy, and well cared for🫶🏼 I also live with a sweet large breed (our foster that became our family🤍) so I’m very comfortable with bigger, stronger dogs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and reading body language.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets, I always try to stick closely to their usual routine since I know consistency can make a big difference. Every dog is different, so I pay attention to their personality, energy, and body language to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. During walks, safety is always my priority, but I also want them to have fun, get good exercise, and feel cared for. I’m also big on communication and happy to send updates and photos so owners feel comfortable too

Alexia is a huge dog lover! After caring for her own dogs throughout her lifetime, as well as sitting for many others, her love of dogs is evident the moment she encounters them. Dogs have brought her much love, peace and comfort, and she has always been drawn to them. She has a loving and nurturing quality about her when it comes to dogs and is quite familiar with their needs, and can manage their varying temperaments. She would be a wonderful selection to support any dog owner with trusting their faithful friend in her care.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I currently work part-time on weekends, so I have plenty of flexibility during the week for walks. Spending time with dogs is something I genuinely enjoy, so caring for them feels like a natural part of my day.
