I can read people and animals well. I do not have much experience with cats but know how to get along with all types of dogs. I can give them medication as needed or other special needs. I can also read them if they need some pets, space at first, or is eager to play.

Before taking care of the dog I would like to talk to the owners to discuss their needs and concerns. It would be nice to do a virtual visit to see the dog in their home and the environment.
A typical day
Play and pets until the dog appears content based on dogs needs and routine they are used to. I will likely try to mirror the owners daily routines as well.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs since I was a child. First pet was a hyperactive Boxer, then a large English Mastiff, I then adopted a temperamental dog from the shelter and nursed him to health, now I have a one year old puppy. I have worked in hospital settings since being a teen and have been a nurse for 6 years. I have taken care of many different needs throughout my life.

Alexandria did a fantastic job taking care of my senior puppy. She went above and beyond to make sure my pup was cared for and comfortable while communicating clearly and frequently. We look forward to booking with her again.
I have worked with Alex at the hospital for 3 years. She takes excellent care of animals and people. She would run with my dog and visit at the house. My dog can be timid, but she knows how to be around animals just as she does with her patients.
