I’m a trained social worker and graduate student who has a a passion for caring for animals and humans! I have two fur babies of my own that I love with my whole heart- my cat, Norman, who is 11 years old, and my dog, Lula, who is 7! I have experience taking care of animals who need routine medications and a little extra lovings, and am certified in belly rubs and neighborhood walks 😊🐕🦺🐈 Folks deserve trustworthy and loving care for their pets- they are our family members after all! So if you’re looking for someone who is attentive, patient, well versed in animal safety (especially in the desert), and knows what it’s like to be on both sides of pet sitting, I’m your gal! I am very attentive when watching clients pets. I continually monitor my personal home for possible hazards, and would do the same in any client home as well. I pride myself in prioritizing safety and fun, and am knowledgeable in animal CPR. I also understand the importance of picture and message updates- they can make a world of difference!

Alexandria was the best and our animals loved her! We’ve already rebooked with her and will be able to relax on our trip knowing our animals liked her so much and were so well taken care of.
All the previous reviews about Ali were correct, she is a gem. As soon as she and my three dogs met, I knew everything was going to be just fine. She stayed at my house for four days and three nights, and it meant the world to me that I knew both my house and my dogs were in excellent hands. Not only does Ali love dogs and take great care of them, she’s a really great communicator as well. She asks good questions and also sends information and photos and videos every day. It made all the difference knowing she was taking such good care of things at home and I could focus on having a wonderful vacation. I hope she’ll be available next time I have to go away.
Alexandria was a perfect fit for us! She house and dog sat for our 4 year and 14 year old dogs and took great care of each and met their individual needs. As most pet owners know, a Senior dog has different requirements than a rambunctious young dog. She did so with grace and love. Clean, respectful, mature, kind and she provided excellent communication, including photos, during our time away. She was also flexible as we slid the dates around after booking. I cannot recommend Alexandria enough.
Ali was a diamond in the rough in our time of need!!! We had short notice with only 3 days prior and an extensive schedule required for our girl ♥️ Ali was quick to respond as we sorted through the details, fairly priced (beyond fairly now that we have a trip under our belt), met with us to meet our girl prior to day of, and far excelled at executing our routine, along with our general expectations! We cannot wait to plan the next trip, knowing our girl will be in hands we trust wholeheartedly. Thank you Ali, you have lifetime customers for as long as you’re available - see you soon ;)
Ali was incredible! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment she arrived, our pup took to her right away. Ali kept everything spotless, followed all our care instructions perfectly, and sent regular updates and photos that made us feel so reassured. It was such a comfort knowing our dog was safe and happy in her own home, with someone as trustworthy and kind as Ali. We’ll definitely be asking her back :)
I had a family emergency come up and had to leave town on short notice. Ali was quick lend a hand with watching my cat Norman. She was extremely attentive with sending updates along with photos. I had peace of mind the entire time with Ali looking after things. Norman was even a bit sad when she left. I would absolutely have her again!

Schedule
I am very flexible, with my current position being part time remote work in the research field. I am able to make my own schedule each week and have other care for my pets at home as well!
