I prefer in-person Meet & Greets so that we can discuss the expectations we have for each other and your pet can get familiar with me. I'll want to know your pet's history of aggression, anxiety or bad habits so that we can prepare and have the appropriate plan in action for potential incidents. Tell me everything! I like being prepared for it all. I treat all animals under my supervision with as much love & care as I treat my own.
Information Alexandria N. would like to know about your pet
What is their daily schedule like? What time do they wake up? What are their feeding times? how do they get along with other dogs or small children? Do they ever bite/nip? What types of things are triggering for them? What are their favorite treats? Favorite toy? Do they have certain hiding spots? Let me know if your pet has any fearful/anxious behaviors I should be aware of! I want to make sure I am prepared to help them feel comfortable and safe.
A typical day
I love keeping animals entertained and occupied. I'll provide lots of (owner approved) treats, time to smell and explore spaces, lots of pets, and playtime.

Pet care experience
Fur mama to two kitties, besties with my roommates’ frenchie, and a proud fur auntie to many! I grew up in a family with dogs, cats, turtles, fish, birds, and reptiles, allowing me to develop a deep love for all animals. I've had various experience with house and pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors since I was a kid. I've got plenty of experience with bathing, administering medications, trimming nails, cleaning up messes, and keeping animals enriched/entertained. I trust that you know how to care for your pets best and will follow instructions carefully, always asking clarifying questions if needed. I have a special place in my heart for those that are elderly and/or more shy/anxious that may need more time to warm up to folks. I'm honored to be considered for the care of your fur baby and look forward to meeting them. :) A little about me: I'm a 30 year old grad student pursuing an MSW at Smith College, currently interning at the Seattle VA where I provide mental healthcare for veterans. I have two kitties who I rescued from shelters that have become my shadow - they follow me all over the home and I happily keep them entertained with lots of love, play time, and prompt meal times. With every client, I strive to be the type of sitter you'll want to rave about to your friends/family about and that your pet adores. Clients who book me to housesit for 7+ nights or 5+ walks/drop-ins get a complimentary personalized pawty favor from me!

Lexi has been a Godsend! So attentive and responsible, my kitties feel so comfortable with her. I am very pleased and grateful 🙏🏻
Alexandria has the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known; to trust her with your fur baby is to give yourself peace of mind! She is someone who will truly take the time to understand you and your pet’s needs! My dog is a difficult one with unexpected behavior that requires a lot of patience, and she has taken the time to truly get him!
Alexandria responded immediately for a very quick turnaround ask, was right on time and took great care of the pups. Thank you!
I've had Alexandria take care of my cat Cleo MANY times. I inherited Cleo when my grandmother passed away, so she is very important to me. I completely and wholly trust Alexandria to take care of my cat as if she was her own. She is attentive and knowledgeable. It's very obvious that she puts in 110% when taking care of Cleo and I'm sure she will do the same with your fur-baby! She's great at communicating and takes her responsibility very seriously. Alexandria understands how important our pets our to us and that makes me feel very safe and secure in entrusting her to take care of my (or anyone else's) pet. You won't regret choosing her!
