Hi there! I've loved animals all my life, and I can't wait to share my love with your pets :) When I was only seven years old, I was entrusted with my first dog. Even as a little girl, I took complete responsibility for my pet. In high school, I devoted 100+ hours to volunteering with Pasco County Animal Services, where I walked, fed, entertained, cleaned, and comforted countless dogs. Later, between my second and third year of university, I spent a summer employed by a PetSmart Doggie Daycare & Pet Hotel-- sometimes even supervising as many as twelve large dogs at once! I've worked with an incredible variety of animals, from an anxious elderly chihuahua to a rambunctious adolescent great dane, and I've loved spending time with all of them. Friends, family, and neighbors regularly call upon me to watch their furry friends. My compassionate, empathetic nature and friendly, enthusiastic demeanor make me a great companion for your companion. While I am not a certified animal trainer, I am well-read in the fields of animal training and psychology, and value perspectives that emphasize slow progress and positive reinforcement. At home, I'm raising three dogs and two kittens of my own!
