Safety, trust & environment
I have a somewhat spacious house and live in a somewhat open area with fields around. There's also lots of trails to walk within a 5-10 minute drive from my house. I also have a wide array of enrichment ideas to keep pups busy.
Information Alexandria D. would like to know about your pet
I like to know the animal's personality. Things such as any behavioral problems. Are they crate trained? Should I put them back in the crate when I leave? Do they like treats? Do they like toys? Do they have any food allergies? I want to know how best to take care of your pet and I figure no one knows them better then you do.
A typical day
I love to find fun ways to stimulate dogs and cats. For dogs I tend to avoid dog parks at they can be a disaster and are widely unregulated. Trading that outlet for maybe a good nature walk of if you have a fenced in yard going out and engaging with them in said yard.

Pet care experience
I have always had a love for all animals and spend as much time with them as possible. Originally it was purely volunteer work and I worked at a doggy daycare promoting good behavior in dogs and monitoring play groups. I have experience providing insulin to diabetic animals(mostly cats and dogs) as well as how to give subcutaneous fluids to dogs and cats that need it. I am also willing to learn how to provide pills to animals and any other basic medical needs. I have experience with dog training as well as knowledge of basic animal behaviors and characteristics. Having worked with shelter animals and owned animals I have seen a lot of good and not so good behaviors so I'm prepared for almost anything. I worked closely with the positive reinforcement trainer at Noble Beast Dog training and a dog guardian in the dog daycare there. I currently work with a local dog training LLC . I am always expanding my knowledge of dogs and their behavior. I have owned dogs, cats, hamsters, and leopard geckos. I am CPR and First Aid certified for dogs and cats.

We are so happy with the care our dogs received from this gal. She was fast friends with them and sent us pictures and updates often. We will definitely plan on having her watch them again
This was a great experience for both me and my pets! Alexandria was professional and my critters were content and well cared for. My house was respected. Highly recommend!!!
Eli is one of the kindest and most patient dpg professionals I have ever met and worked with. They have experience both training and fostering a wide expance of dog behavior types, and understands the why's and how's of reactive pups. They love every animal they come into contact with, I wouldn't want any other person caring for my animals while I was away.
