Through the end of July, I'm working full time Monday through Friday, typically from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with occasional variations in my schedule. As a recent College of Charleston graduate, my schedule may change as I transition into my next role. In the meantime, I'll also be serving at a local restaurant and working the Marion Square Farmers Market on Saturdays and Second Sundays. I'm always happy to discuss my availability and find a schedule that works well for you and your pet.

I provide a safe, loving, and low stress environment where pets receive plenty of attention and affection, and I'm equally happy to welcome your dog into my home or stay overnight in yours, whatever helps them feel most comfortable. I live on James Island with my two pet loving, homebody roommates, and we have a large fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine and making them feel secure, relaxed, and part of the family. I'm an active person who enjoys taking dogs on walks when it's appropriate for their age, energy level, and routine, and I genuinely love spending quality time with every furry friend in my care.

A typical day
A typical day with me is tailored to your pet's personality and routine. If they enjoy being active, I'd love to take them on walks around the neighborhood, Colonial Lake, the Battery, local trails, or even the beach when appropriate. If they prefer a slower pace, I'm just as happy spending a relaxing day at home. I love reading, making art, and practicing yoga, and I'll keep your pup close by with plenty of company, playtime, affection, and attention throughout the day while we enjoy a calm, cozy environment together.

Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember, I've had a deep love and compassion for animals and the natural world, and that part of me only continues to grow. For the past four years in Charleston, I've been lucky enough to spend time loving on others pets while I wait for the day I can have a furry buddy of my own. When I'm not caring for sweet pups and cats (and anything under the sun- I dont discriminate!!), I work on a restoration crew and hope to build a career protecting our incredible Lowcountry wildlife. I grew up with two Labs and a chameleon, so whether your pet is goofy, shy, energetic, or just wants extra cuddles, I'll treat them like one of my own!!! I love being outside and being active, but can always use some down time, so I’m up for anything you may need :)
