I have had dogs my entire life and have been walking dogs and dog sitting on and off in nyc for family and friends for over 20 years. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and have never met a dog that didn’t like me. I am friendly, reliable and punctual. I am confident that I know how to handle myself and whatever dog I am with in any given situation. I’m able to read behavioral cues from the dogs that I am caring for along with those of other dogs and people on the street and accordingly I prioritize the safety of the dog I am walking as well as the safety of other people and animals on the street. I’m passionate about animals and working outside, and am willing to walk outside rain or shine. I enjoy walking dogs as a steady way to supplement my income that allows me to have fun with dogs while staying active.

Alexandra took great care of my dog. She was quick to respond and kept me updated. She also asked some very thoughtful questions before the rover booking which shows she really cares about making sure she has all the info she needed to take the best care of my dog. I will definitely reach out to her again if I need a rover.
Alexandra is wonderful! She saved us when our plans for cat-care fell through at the last minute. She was 100% easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about cats. Our 12-year old tabby is diabetic and Alexandra was able to administer her insulin shots like a pro. I feel so fortunate to have found Alexandra and hope she is available for us in the future. A GEM!!!

Alexandra has been wonderful stopping in for our cat Pearl when we’re out of town!
Alexandra accepted our booking last minute and was very flexible with our schedule for pick up and drop off! She sent videos of Fennel throughout the stay and was very responsive. We would definitely use her again.
Alexandra was great with our pup. Highly recommend.
